Returns for Physical Products • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. • Certain items such as digital downloads, personalized products, gift cards, or clearance items are non-returnable. • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
